Cancellation Policy

At RYT Cases, we aim to provide you with a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience. If you need to cancel an order, please refer to the guidelines below to understand how we handle cancellations.

Cancellation of Orders

  1. Online Paid Orders:

    • You can cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it.
    • Cancellations must be requested by contacting us via email or WhatsApp within the specified time. After this time, we begin processing and shipping your order, and cancellation will no longer be possible.
  2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

    • You can cancel your COD order within 24 hours of placing it, or during the verification call.
    • If your COD order has been verified and shipped, it cannot be canceled.

How to Cancel Your Order

To cancel an order, please follow these steps:

  1. Email Us: Send a cancellation request to rytorders@yahoo.com.
  2. WhatsApp: Contact us on +91 7042282858.
    • Include your order number and request to cancel your order.
  3. Our customer support team will confirm whether the cancellation request is valid based on the guidelines above and notify you accordingly.

Orders that Cannot Be Canceled

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  • For orders in the process of being shipped or delivered, cancellation requests will be declined.

Refunds on Canceled Orders

  • For online paid orders canceled within the allowed timeframe, your payment will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 to 15 business days.
  • COD orders will not have any upfront payments, so no refunds are applicable unless you’ve made a prepayment through a different method.

Important Notes

  • Please ensure that your cancellation request is made within the specified time frame.
  • Cancellations for incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts due to customer error are not eligible for refunds or cancellations once the product is shipped.
